Here is what you'll need to bring with you when getting something notarized:

 

1.     The completed document you wish to notarize.
         Do Not Sign document until the notary tells you to do so.

 

2.     Valid photo ID that meets state requirements.

 

3.     Any other individuals (with proper ID) who will be signing the
        document.
